Hey guys!

I started this blog as a casual journal and project dumping ground back in June of 2013 when my husband was leaving for Navy boot camp.

Around September 2013 I started getting a little more intentional in the content of my writing for a growing (and completely unexpected!) audience.

And finally, around the end of December 2013 I began really focusing on making this a page where fellow moms and geek dads and anybody with an interest can learn more about natural living, faith based parenting and geeky fun.

Now here we are, March 2014. With over 1500 followers and some fun product partnerships, guest posts and Mom Blogger Conventions on the horizon, I’m finding myself wanting to solidify the purpose, direction and future goals of my Domestic Geek Girl blog.

I wish I could talk to each and every single one of my readers to get a better grasp on what YOU would like to see happen, change, or evolve with Domestic Geek Girl! While I primarily write for ME (the only way to write, really!) I get a sense of joy and purpose knowing that what I like to write about, others like to read!
