My Little Tessa Modeling For EcoPacifier!

slide3
Jonathan and I always call Tessa our little “model baby”, because since her birth, she has had the cliche baby doll features – rounded apple cheeks, cupids bow lips, bright eyes, perfectly round head covered in sheer blonde fuzz… the works.
My mum has been encouraging us to “get Tessa into modeling”. One of our running jokes is that whenever Tessa makes an adorable face we say, “BUY ALL DA THINGS!” because she looks like a magazine baby peddling product. So the thought of promoting my daughter as “Generic Cute Model Baby Who Flirts With Cameras” has been tempting, but whenever I picture infant modeling gigs, I picture those overly obsessed moms from the kids beauty pageant reality TV shows. Yeeeeeah… no.
BUT! I do thoroughly enjoy taking pictures of my little model baby for various posts, projects and reviews on my blog. So it’s kind of fun that through my blog Tessa scored a little “modeling gig” with EcoPacifiers, an all natural rubber pacifier that we recently reviewed!

I am one proud momma, and I’m tickled pink to see my little princess on their website! I’m bugging all of my friend and family to “GO LOOK AT WWW.NATURALPACIFIER.COM!!” lol!
Thanks for (another) fun opportunity EcoPacifier, and I hope we can work together again in the future!

Hi Gingi, thanks so much for stopping by my blog earlier! I wanted to hop over and visit yours. Your little girl is just too cute!! She looks like she might be about the same age as my daughter who is almost 6 months. Aren’t they just wonderful? 🙂 I wish so much she still took a pacifier…she stopped at about 3 months and no amount of my forcing will convince her otherwise! She’s become a thumb-sucker! If she still took the paci, though, I would so want one of those for her! Love that they’re all natural. Your sweet girl is a total cutie, congrats on her big gig! 🙂

Thank you so much! She is my little world! I wish Tessa was a littttle bit better about self-soothing, she ONLY takes the pacifier, so on the rare occasions we leave the house without one, it’s AWFUL when she gets upset.. haha. Let’s keep in touch, yeah?!

Aw! She’s a natural. 🙂 I forgot to mention it before but, I showed your article on Cosplaying and mental attitudes to my AP Psych teacher and we had a huge discussion about it the next day.

It was hilarious because the girl I sit next too also cosplays so she got it but the others really have no idea what cosplaying is so they just nodded politely. They seemed to think I was a nutter but I did a superhero pose anyway before our next test and I got a 91% (hard to do lol!)
