So I REALLY wanted to try this product while I was pregnant, but it did not arrive until little Rowan had made his grand entrance! Alackaday!
I had some intense nightly leg cramps and lower back aches in the third trimester, and the only thing that approached pain relief was Bengay and Vicks Vapor Rub… ahhh, my good old love hate relationship with petroleum based wellness products!
I am always on the lookout for natural alternatives to household items – especially if those products are as effective (or more so) than the synthetic version.
About Soothe Serum
Soothe Serum (CLICK HERE to visit the website) is a breakthrough all natural formula that effectively alleviates muscle aches and soreness, inflammation, arthritis, nerve pain, back pain – without the side effects of NSAID’s and prescription pain pills.
It combines nature’s most potent painkillers to work synergistically to relax the muscle and reduce inflammation to alleviate pain, while working to increase blood flow to calm painful nerve endings.
Unlike other products that contain laboratory-produced pharmaceuticals that often have harmful side effects, Soothe Serum’s natural ingredients target the source of the pain, by deeply penetrating layers of skin to help promote the body’s own healing process.
Within 10 minutes, 95% of testers reported a major reduction in their pain. In the study, Soothe Serum proved to exceed customer expectations for a natural pain reliever cream… Individuals with previous injuries and subsequent scar tissue have reported feeling incredible relief from Soothe Serum as well.
My Thoughts on Soothe Serum
Sooooo, full disclosure – I have had and used this product for a few days now, and during that time, I have not actively experienced any overt muscle pain or aches, so I cannot say how this ranks in regards to products like Bengay and Vicks. (Plus side, I’m not in any pain, so… yay?)
My husband gave me a leg and back rub using the cream before bed, and it went on silky smooth. The serum is the consistency of whipped body butter, and is very light and airy.. it actually worked as well as some massage creams! After a couple of minutes I noticed a pleasant tingle and the smell of the essential oils was very reminiscent of essential oil mixes I have made for allergy relief.
The cream did has a soothing effect on my skin, and I can imagine it would do wonders for muscle soreness, without the intense burning you get with products like Bengay.
I know I will be using this abundantly when I start up my New Year’s workout routine, so I am excited to have a natural alternative with such quality ingredients on hand!
