SUNDAY RILEY Luna Sleeping Night Oil

Anyone else remember growing up discovering skin care in the late 90s and buying into the myth that all oils are bad for your skin? Yeah, me neither. *nervous chuckle* *shifty eyes*

Okay, so we are (hopefully) all past that phase. I am not new to adding oils into my skin care, but I’ve never been consistent with it. The extent of my putting-straight-up-oil-on-my-skin has been using jojoba oil to flush out the blackheads on my nose and chin before a face mask or scrub. So for someone who understands what a powerhouse oil can be for skincare, I’ve still never bought an all-oil product for regular daily use. I’m weird like that.. knowing what I SHOULD be doing, but not actually doing it. Anyone else with me on that one too?!

Anyhoo, I started using SUNDAY RILEY Luna Oil earlier this week, and so far I’m in loooooooove. This blend has opened my eyes (and pores) to a whole new world of glow. I have read some reviews that the effects tend to wear off after 3 to 4 weeks once your skin gets acclimated to the oil (not sure if that’s a thing…?) so I will give it a couple of months before I dub it my forever go-to. But as of right now, it is performing up to it’s $105 per bottle price tag.

You basically pat in a few drops at night before bed and let the combo of retinol and calming oils work their magic while you snooze. You’ll wake up to baby soft skin with zero irritation… aka, the best feeling ever. LOVING IT!! <3 <3 <3
