Okay everyone, it’s go time!!!
I know I have mentioned a number of times that I am going to be doing the South Beach Diet with the New Year… well, today is DAY ONE! *does a little happy dance*
While I had initially planned to prepare 100% DIY meals from scratch following recipes from the South Beach Diet cookbooks, I am now SUPER excited to announce that I am teaming up with the South Beach Diet and giving their pre-made meal plans a go!
(Forgive the cell phone snapshots, my camera was all packed away to head out to an engagement photoshoot, and I was on the go!! I promise prettier pictures next time. ;-P )
I was excited before, but when a gi-normous box yummy food arrived on my front porch, I was through the roof giddy to get started. Is is normal to be this excited to go on a diet?! Haha. I am not even having the pre-diet doubts and jitters, this mountain of delicious looking food is making me EAGER to get going!
Why Did I Choose the South Beach Diet?
There is a reason over 11 million people have chosen the South Beach Diet for weight loss. Put quite simply.. it works! I had first learned of the South Beach Diet when I met my husband. How the South Beach Diet Meal Plan Works
You start off the diet on Phase 1 – a seven day body reboot designed to let you see results in your first week.
