With Halloween right around the corner, and costumes on the brain more than usual, I just realized.. I NEVER posted this cosplay on my blog. Bad Gingi! Bad!
Early last year, my sister Jessica decided to make my daughter Tessa a chibi (baby) version of her Helena from Orphan Black cosplay. The resulting creepy cuteness will make you cry!
For those that don’t know, Orphan Black is a Canadian science fiction TV series starring Tatiana Maslany as, well, pretty much every character in the entire series (almost).
As always, the cosplay with baby doppleganger was a show stopper at WonderCon in Anaheim last year. I’m dreaming up like a trilliondy more cosplays for my girls because, uhh, hello. Living dolls, yo.

Gingi, this is way too funny! I have Halloween costumes on the brain too. If you have any suggestions for me…..please don’t hesitate to send them my way. Typically I’m Snow White and husband dresses as prince charming, This year, the guy is actually bulking at wearing the white “men’s stockings I found for him at Target. The nerve!!!
I have GOT to see your Snow White costume!! That was the second costumes my hubby and I ever did together!! lol…

OMG I love the show and I super love the costume! The shirt is great, and the two Helenas together is almost chilling! I officially love this so much I can’t even tell you, I’m looking forward to see more kid-cosplay-fun!
We decided to do dress up pictures for my daughter as her month pictures. The first month she was Lorelai Gilmore, second month she was Sully from Monsters Inc., third month she was GI Jane, and fourth month (we are way behind on this one) she will be a contestant on Chopped. My son, is too old to let us dress him up, but luckily we can just buy him masks and things from the superheroes he loves and he puts them all on at once, which is super cute!
LOL, I was wondering if anyone on my blog actually watched the show.. so you get the full extent of the creepy cuteness, haha..
She has grown up so much! Such a beautiful girl!
