I’ve never self-identified as someone with sensitive skin. But in the past few years, I’ve noticed some oddities with…. my face…?!
Suddenly mascara and eye shadow started irritating my eyes, giving me redness, watery eyes and headaches. When I switched to skin sensitive brands, the irritation went away. Then I switched to skin sensitive face wash and suddenly I noticed my “after washing” facial redness went away. (I thought that bright pink glow was just from gentle scrubbing?!)… suddenly it dawned on me.. I think I might have sensitive skin. I don’t think I ALWAYS had it, but I certainly seem to have it now.
