I am 9 weeks in on The South Beach Diet and 25 pounds down! *does a happy dance*
Over the last 9 weeks I have tried MOST of the South Beach Diet meal offerings, and I am discovering that I have some favorites.. and with some friends actually jumping in on the South Beach Diet meal plans and asking me which food choices I recommend, I thought I might share some of my favorites with you!

I must admit, those meals do have my taste buds interested – however, I am a total fish girl, and meal delivery services don’t often include them because fish is a pretty fickle protein to keep stable for a long period of time!
South Beach DOES have fish items.. they just aren’t that great, IMO. I tend to avoid re-heated fish!
