Here’s some water drinking motivation for those of you who, like me, hate drinking water. I’m the type of person who needs to have a very obvious and immediate reason to do something, especially in regards to my health. None of that, “See results in just 12 weeks!” crap.
Simply saying “water is good for you” just doesn’t cut it with me. It it’s good for me, I need to know how, I need to know why, and I need to know right now or so help me I’m getting another cup of coffee.
So, to feed my insatiable love of lists, and to convince myself that water isn’t just the bland stuff you put in other stuff to make, I dunno, tea or whatever, I’ve compiled this “50 Reasons” post to hopefully motivate and inspire you to stay hydrated too! Enjoy!
