Another X-Files inspired cocktail! And this time it is Agent Scully who gets the spotlight!
So I was compiling a list of X-Files recipe and cocktail ideas, and I realized…. WHAT?! Agent Dana Scully didn’t make the list?!?!! NOT COOL!!!
I somehow overlooked our leading lady in my geeky cocktail line-up! Maybe I was too focused on Agent Mulder?? *wink wink nudge nudge* But hey! I will remedy that forthwith! (I like that word.. forthwith.)
So anyway! More on Agent Scully… Enter the sage wisdom of Wikipedia:
FBI Special Agent Dana Scully is a fictional character in the Fox science fiction-supernatural television series The X-Files, played by Gillian Anderson. Scully is an FBI agent and a medical doctor (M.D.), partnered with fellow Special Agent Fox Mulder for the first seven, and the tenth, seasons, and with John Doggett in the eighth and ninth seasons. In the television series, they work out of a cramped basement office at FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C. to investigate unsolved cases labeled “X-Files”.
TADA!!!! There you have it. So on with the themed boozy drinks!!!!
The Agent Scully Cocktail is a twist on a classic Pink Mojito, but with a little more lemon, and a little more booze! I picked this cocktail because… well, it is red, bright, spunky and to the point.. much like Agent Scully!!
How to Make:
6 mint leaves
1 tsp lemon juice
3 raspberries
2 teaspoons simple syrup
1.5 ounces white rum
.5 ounce of raspberry liqueur
Top off with cranberry juice
Crushed ice
Mint for garnish
Put the mint, lemon juice, raspberries and simple syrup in a highball glass and muddle. Fill the glass to the rim with crushed ice. Add the rum and cranberry juice, then garnish with a mint sprig. Enjoy!
I always loved her, she was so relatable and how I wanted to grow up like. Witty, strong and sceptical. And a redhead. Super cool.
LOL, yeah, I actually dyed my hair Scully red most of my teen years! lol
Thanks a lot 😀
looks delicious my dear 😀

The drink looks and sounds delicious. It does make me think of Agent Scully.
I put WAY too much thought into these little drinks, haha…
The colour is amazing!
Thanks Angie!!
Love the colour of this cocktail – looks delicious!
Yeah, the cranberry give it a gorgeous hue!
Hey, that’s a very nice colour for a drink, dear! xoxo
Yeah, I am a sucker for red drinks… mmmm, Hurricaines!
i LOVE the color of this! plus, rum is one of the few spirits i can enjoy. with all that fruit goodness, this wouldn’t taste like booze at all, which is always a plus in my book. 🙂
Yeah, the cranberry and raspberry make it sweet and juicy, with just the right amount of rum!
Omg, is it bad that I want a cocktail so early in the morning after reading this post? Lol.

I’m loving the X-Files inspired cocktails Gingi!!! I made “The Deep Throat” last week and it was delicious, and strong lol. Agent Muddler LMAO. What a great way to describe Agent Scully, red, bright, spunky and to the point.
Agent Muddler, omg, did you just go there?!?!?! hahaha!
Ooh So so pretty!! I want to drink it…..and then I read the ingredients and realize I’ll never hack it. I’d have to change it up a bit but ooooooo so pretty!!
Hhaha, but this one is so fruity!!!
Ooh I do love the look of this one!
Me too, I usually suck at making “pretty” cocktails, haha..
I’m totally mesmerized by the color of this cocktail!
Me tooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!! <3
I absolutely love the colour of this cocktail.
Thats all from the cranberry!
Love this series of X-Files cocktails, so fun! I was obsessed with Agent Scully when the show was big, she seemed so smart and logical and this is such a great tribute.
Yeah, she kind of started the whole strong female legal mind / authority figure trend in television in the 90s!
Great proposition for the weekend, as always you have amazing recipes for the cocktails 🙂
Thanks! It’s fun to experiment and play around with these! <3
Ooh this looks so cool and I love the inclusion of raspberries as an ingredient!

Thanks sweetie! And yeah, they add a great touch!
I love these X file inspired cocktails! I think this one is my favourite by far though it has everything I love!
Hehehe, glad we found a winner! 😉
I was hooked on that show and loved the creativity. I’m in for any drink with raspberries or cranberries and adding liquor never hurts either. Love this!
Yeah, something about those tart berries that work wonders in a cocktail!!! <3
You know I can’t drink the alcohol, but boy, does that look purty! Very creative way to play with the fandom. Love it. You need one that can make a play on Scully’s faith, since she’s always wearing her trademark cross. Use Christian Brothers Brandy!
Hahaha, I thought about using brand names to play with a couple of characters…
This drink is so dang pretty! I bet it tastes amazing, too!! 🙂 Yum!! You are so creative!
